I had to share my excellent experience working with Kathy Grogg and her HPM team. I have a listing coming up that needed a clean-out. The couple lived in this 4-bed contemporary for 40+ years and it was stuffed to the gills. Kathy coordinated nearly a week of non-profit visits from many organizations so we could donate large furniture, clothing, home furnishings, accessories, etc., saving the client a ton of money. She must have packed 50 boxes of china, glassware and other home knickknacks. The removal company came today for the few items that no one else would take. Plus, we filled two, 30-yard dumpsters.
Kathy determined the most efficient and cost-effective way to empty the home, and the client couldn't have been more amazed and thrilled. Not only is Kathy and her team great at what they do, they are a joy to work with. I hope more agents learn about and use this service!

Thank you for all of your help and advice with the move. As you know early on a couple of weeks ago l was very nervous about all that had to be done to complete the move.
