Kathy Grogg
As Managing Director, Kathy brings a wealth of property management, home building, and design expertise to her position at HPM. A partner with her husband, Jerry, in Grogg Building and Design, she is a licensed home improvement contractor in the State of New Jersey, has earned certification from Parsons School of Design in Interior Design and Architectural Studies, and is licensed in the field of real estate.
Kathy's twenty plus years of experience in residential construction include a variety of skills in property management, insurance, and administration. She has served as a liaison between subcontractor and client for maintenance and repairs as well as for the selection of home finishes such as millwork, kitchen and bath design, lighting, and paint color selection. In addition, Kathy has experience in storm remediation and renovation after many of her clients' homes were damaged by Superstorm Sandy at the Jersey Shore. She is excited to draw on these skills in servicing HPM clients from Property Watch inspections to renovations. She takes personal pride in making sure every job is performed to the highest standard, no matter how big or small.
Kathy and Jerry recently moved to Tewksbury after raising their four children in Watchung. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and golf, spending time with her family, and watching her boys play sports at the collegiate and professional levels.
